The Learn Photography Canada Composition & Travel Photography course is designed for beginner and amateur photographers who wish to take their pictures to the next level.  We guarantee that after this course you will be taking better photos!  Students can bring any camera to the Composition & Travel Photography class.

The Learn Photography Canada Composition & Travel Photography course focuses on artistic and interesting composition, and challenges photography class students to think outside the box.  This photography course emphasizes the need to be versatile with your photography.  Topics that are addressed include the creative use of light, how to best capture a location and using perspective as an artistic tool.

Composition & Travel Photography class students will be practicing learned techniques around some of the best iconic locations.   In Calgary the Composition & Travel photography course will be held at historic Heritage Park.  In Edmonton, Whyte Avenue and the bustling Farmer's Market set the backdrop for the the Learn Photography Canada Composition & Travel photography course. 

The Learn Photography Canada Composition & Travel photography course emphasizes hands on learning and you will be out practicing the skills and techniques taught, not just sitting in the classroom.

Who's it for?

Anyone interested in taking better photographs.  Our course is designed for beginner and amateur photographers using any camera. Our classes include both an outdoor and indoor component that may change depending on weather conditions.  Our instructors will make sure that participants stay warm, dry and cozy while covering all course material.

 

What do I need?

Use of a camera on the day.  Learn Photography Canada may provide you one if requested at additional charge.

  • April - October: Meet Heritage Park at 1900 Heritage Drive SW.

  • April - October: Meet at the corner of Saskatchewan Drive NW and Gateway Blvd NW by the train in the park.

Duration
