Terms and Conditions

a) Learn Photography Canada provides photographic walking tours.  Participants understand that the route and content of these tours can change at any time.

b) Learn Photography Canada reserves the right to change course dates any schedules at any time.  Learn Photography Canada may reschedule or refund participants who have reserved for the affected dates as required.

c) In the case of inclement weather, Learn Photography Canada will inform participants by email if the course is cancelled at least three hours prior to the start of the course.  Learn Photography Canada will work with participants to reschedule their course to a time that is convenient.  In the case that no rescheduled course time is convenient for participants, Learn Photography Alberta may refund all proceeds to that participant.

d) Learn Photography Canada is not responsible for any damaged, stolen or malfunctioning participant equipment.

e) Learn Photography Canada is not responsible for injury or death to participants while on the photographic walking tour. 

f) Participants accept the Privacy Policy located here.

g) Participants accept the terms for refund located here.

h) At Learn Photography Canada we feel that we truly have the most effective photography classes in Canada with an emphasis on interactivity, a hands-on approach and above all having fun on course.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our photography course, Learn Photography Canada will gladly allow the participant to either take an equivalent session at a time that is convenient to them or receive a full refund at the discretion of Learn Photography Canada provided that notice is received within 7 days after completing the initial course.
